What counts as a "support inquiry"?

Each unique issue, question, or request counts as one inquiry. For example: “Fix this broken formula” is one inquiry. Follow-up questions or clarifications on the same issue don’t count as additional inquiries—ongoing communication on active issues is unlimited.

Basic and Standard plans can purchase additional inquiry blocks at $25 per inquiry. Alternatively, upgrade to the next tier or Power Support (unlimited inquiries) for better value if consistently exceeding limits.

Response times are guaranteed based on plan tier (12-48 hours). Most inquiries receive initial responses within 4-8 hours during business days. Critical production issues are prioritized across all plans.
