By engaging ProdHive’s services, using a system we’ve built, or interacting with an automation we operate on behalf of a client (for example, commenting on or messaging a connected social media account), you agree to these terms.

2. Description of Services
ProdHive designs and maintains Notion-based operational systems, AI-driven automations, and integrations between business platforms (such as CRMs, social media, messaging tools, and Notion). Automated actions performed by these systems — including replies, notifications, and data syncing — are configured by ProdHive on behalf of its clients.

3. Automated Interactions
Where our automations interact with the public (for example, replying to comments or sending messages on a client’s behalf), such responses are automatically generated based on predefined rules and may not reflect a live, individually-reviewed reply. We aim for accuracy and relevance but do not guarantee that every automated response will fully address an individual’s specific situation.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights, permissions, and platform authorizations (e.g. Instagram Business account access) to allow ProdHive to build and operate automations on their behalf.

5. Limitation of Liability
ProdHive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our systems or automations, including delays, errors, or interruptions in automated processes, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Intellectual Property
Systems, templates, and workflows built by ProdHive remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing with a client.

7. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
