Clair&Nette is a cleaning services company managing clients, staff rotations, apartments, and day-to-day finances across multiple moving parts. As the business grew, keeping everything organized through scattered tools made it harder to stay on top of daily operations.
 
To solve this, Clair&Nette partnered with ProdHive to design and implement a custom Notion-based operating system — covering CRM, job rotations, client management, and finance — tailored to how the business actually runs.

Before the transformation, Clair&Nette’s workflow felt scattered — client information, staff job rotations, apartment details, and finances lived in disconnected places, making it hard to get a clear, organized view of the business.
 
Without a centralized system, staying on top of daily operations required extra manual effort, making it harder to think clearly, plan ahead, and operate efficiently as the business scaled.
 
The lack of structure also meant the team’s tools didn’t fully reflect how the business actually worked, creating friction between the day-to-day reality of running the company and the systems meant to support it.
